The TEDP provides free telecommunications equipment and accessories to deaf, hard-of-hearing and the deaf-blind for Colorado residents. Some of the equipment that TEDP provides include: amplified and captioned telephones, wireless devices, TTYs, ring signalers, amplified accessories and telecommunications equipment for the deaf and blind.
